Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions governing accommodation reservations and lodging services provided by Hotel Adonis, operated by Art Walker Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By using this service, guests are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

A reservation is deemed completed when the prescribed booking procedure has been finished and a reservation completion screen is displayed by the Company or the reservation system.

Accommodation fees, payment methods, payment timing, and cancellation / refund conditions shall be as stated in each accommodation plan and on the Commerce Disclosure page.

Guests must not engage in any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals, causes inconvenience or damage to other guests or third parties, damages facilities, involves false booking information, unauthorized payments, or any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate.

The Company may cancel a reservation, suspend use, request departure, or take other necessary measures in the following cases:

• When these terms or applicable laws are violated
• When reservation information contains false statements, errors, or material deficiencies
• When unavoidable circumstances arise for safety or operational reasons
• When payment cannot be processed, fraudulent use is suspected, or identity cannot be verified

The Company may be unable to provide all or part of the service due to natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, power outages, communication failures, equipment malfunctions, administrative guidance, or other causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Any matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the court with jurisdiction over the Company’slocation shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
